These Terms and Conditions apply to all services of Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites and to any use of the websites www.brasss-hotelsuites.nl and www.haarlem-hotelsuites.nl and underlying webpages (hereinafter: the "Website").


By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you review these Terms and Conditions (again) before using the website.


Reservations and services

You can reserve a suite/apartment in one of our hotels through our website. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid on the date of arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations will not be accepted.


Bookings made through the website are subject to the rates applicable at that time. Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept or fulfill a reservation, or to impose additional conditions on the acceptance or fulfillment of a reservation.

Personal data collected from you by Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites will be processed in accordance with the Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites Privacy Statement. Click here to view the Privacy Statement.


You must use the services of Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and Conditions, accepted standards of decency, and reasonable instructions from our hotels, as published on the website or provided at the hotel. Therefore, you may not use the services for illegal purposes, in a manner that could harm the rights and/or interests of third parties, or in a manner that, in the opinion of Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites staff, could harm our hotels in any way. If you act in violation of the foregoing, our hotels reserve the right to refuse further service to you. You are liable for all damages and expenses incurred by Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites as a result of the violation of this provision, without any prior claim or notice of default being required.


Cancellation and termination

Cancellations or changes to a standard rate reservation must be made no later than 11:59 PM (local time at the hotel) one day prior to arrival. Otherwise, the cost of one night's accommodation, including taxes, will be charged unless otherwise agreed. If a guest has booked the non-refundable rate, the full amount will always be charged.


Since the services of Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites relate to accommodation and/or recreational services that take place within a certain period or on a certain date and/or time, legal provisions that give the customer the right to terminate a contract concluded remotely without giving reasons and within a certain period do not apply to the contract concluded through the Website, nor to the services.


Payment

The rates listed on the website include VAT and any other surcharges, unless otherwise indicated. Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites reserves the right to change these rates without prior notice for any reason.


If you fail to pay (on time), you are in default, without the need for prior demand or notice of default. If, despite the demand or notice of default, you still fail to pay, Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites reserves the right to transfer the claim to a third party.


Intellectual property rights relating to the website

You acknowledge and agree that this website contains material protected by copyright. Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites expressly excludes any liability for damages other than direct damages ('indirect damages'), including, but not limited to, moral or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of information, expenses incurred in connection with this website or any linked website, or for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website, software algorithms, or linked websites due to interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, or line or system failures.


The limitations mentioned in the preceding paragraphs of this article shall lapse if and to the extent that the damage is the result of intentional or conscious recklessness of Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites or its managers ('own actions').
